A third man, Deklan Jake Donnelly, 23, has been charged with murder in connection with the February kidnapping and death of 85-year-old Sydney resident Chris Baghsarian, who police allege was taken in a case of mistaken identity. Donnelly was arrested Wednesday in Seven Hills and allegedly played a principal role in facilitating the kidnapping, detention, and disposal of Baghsarian, whose body was found near a golf club in Pitt Town.
