Italy, France, Spain and the Netherlands will deploy naval assets to Cyprus following an Iranian-made drone strike on a British Royal Air Force base there Monday. France also agreed to allow U.S. aircraft access to some of its Middle East bases during the ongoing conflict with Iran.
