Ben Crompton, formerly NBCUniversal's vice president of international unscripted programming, has been named global head of entertainment at Fremantle, effective later this month. Crompton will report to Fremantle Global CEO Jennifer Mullin and replaces Andrew Llinares, who departed the role last month after three years.
