Dayton Webber, 27, a quadruple amputee and professional cornhole champion, was arrested Monday in Maryland on suspicion of shooting and killing passenger Bradrick Wells, 27, during an argument in his car. Webber allegedly shot Wells twice in the head, fled the scene with the body, and was apprehended hours later at a hospital in Virginia after witnesses reported the incident to police.
