Australian runner Georgia Griffith is set to receive a bronze medal from last year's world indoor championships after the Court of Arbitration for Sport upheld a two-year doping ban against Ethiopian silver medalist Diribe Welteji for failing to provide a sample. Griffith finished fourth in the 1,500 metres at the 2025 championships in China but would be elevated to third place following Welteji's disqualification.
